Coupons

We do not have a way for customers to use discount codes through our website.  If you have a discount code (from a e-mail, or advertisement), please send us a message through our "Contact Us" page after you place your order and we will apply the discount code to your order, and you will receive a confirmation/refund e-mail from Paypal with your refund amount.  We will be happy to take your order and payment over the phone as well. We apologize for inconvienence and hope you shop with us. To receive discount codes for the future send us an e-mail and let us know you would like to sign up for our newsletter.

Gift Wrapping

Gift Wrapping can be purchased under our gift section. Gift wrapping includes: 100% recycled gift box & tissue paper finished with our signature STORK Ribbon.  Gift Cards are also available for purchase.
Due to size constraints some of our products are unavailable for gift wrapping. Mostly toys and accessories are not available for gift boxing.

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to have all our customers fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not we are more than happy to issue you a refund or exchange. Due to the nature of Organic Products and also to protect you the customer, we request that you contact us within 15 days of receipt. At which point we will give you a return code to include in your package. All items must be given a return code in order for a refund or exchange, and to ensure they are processed properly and efficiently. All items returned to us without a return code will not be accepted.

In order for items to be returned or exchange they must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, and free of any odors. Original tags must be attached, and packaging and shrink wrap must be intact, and include all parts. Returned items that do not meet these qualifications will not be accepted.

Items that are not returnable include Spa Baby Tub,Pacifiers and all teethers, Bottles and Bottle accessories,Sippy Cups, Diapers, Nursing Pads, Soaps and Lotions, due to hygienic reasons. Born Free Glass Bottles are returnable if the shrink wrap is not opened.

Dresses from the Sarah Waldo Collection & Whitten Grey are considered Special Occassion Dresses and therefore cannot be returned for a refund.  However, they may be exchanged for another size.  If another size is unavailable store credit will be given.

Items marked 30% off or more are final sale.

Shipping & Handling

The majority of orders will be processed and shipped by the order day or the next business day.  We try very hard to get your orders out to you asap.

Most products ship by way of the United States Postal Service. Larger Products will ship UPS or Fed Ex.

We use Pay Pal for our online payment processing. If you use a major credit card, you can still use Pay Pal even if you do not have an account. If you would like to pay by check or money order please contact us and we can take your order over the phone. Items will be shipped once your check or money order is received.
