Natural Sheepskin Baby Rug

Ethically produced and safe “infant care” sheepskins, specially intended for baby care, are amazingly soft for strollers, lounging and baby care.

The sheepskins are made in New Zealand. Only organic treatments, such as antibacterial essential oils, are used in treating sheepskins. They feature a permanent Sanitized® hygiene treatment, and they are machine washable.

Please note: sheepskins are natural products and there are differences between rugs and the ones pictured. We hope you treasure the difference. 

• Weekly airing and shaking outside is recommended
• Gently brush the rug occasionally with a thin metal brush or comb
• Rinse off any stains under running water
• Can be machine washed by using wool wash cycle
  
• Drying preferably outdoors hanging from at least two corners
• Do not dry under direct sunshine or close to a heating device
• As a natural product wool curls when washed
• These rugs are mulesing-free and come from our long-term supplier in New Zealand
• The rugs are a byproduct of the Quality Assured Farms' free range meat farming system
• The QAF program sets standards for animal welfare in nutrition, health care and freedom to express normal behaviour etc.
• Sheep are raised in outdoor pens and eat fresh grass, which is reflected in the high quality of the rugs
